DaFight DaSeries Episode 1: A Cold Wind Blows

In the wisped filled forest was a young black haired boy in a black vest Alika laid against his favorite tree in the forest as the wind slowly blew away the humid air, but it wasn’t long before the calm echoed with a large thump as he was pinned to the ground “Sora you're crushing me…”

“Ah sorry” the white haired young girl was quick to get up and dust herself off “Morning Alika!” she exclaimed with a smile.

“It sure is a good one” a orange suddenly fell on his head in which he poked his finger in it and tasted it “Yuck sour” the two laughed off the moment before conversing.

“Have you seen Chad recently he’s been absent recently” Sora asked.

Alika thought back to the last he saw him witch was that one night where they got drunk and went out to race but he couldn’t remember seeing chad after that “Nope” Alika replied pulling himself up.

“How could you not you two are roommates?” Sora questioned

Alika quickly put his finger on Sora’s lips “No question” he didn’t really sleep in the room since he lost his keys so he’s been living like a hobo, he showered and washed his clothes in a nearby lake and he ate from the forest’s fruits.

“We’ll find him he’s most likely hiding from one of our associates” he gave a reassuring smile before whisking her to the inn.

“Hey Yuki have you seen Chad around?” He held a milk container with Chad’s picture taped on the ‘have you seen this person?’ part.

“No I don’t tend to meddle in your group’s troubled affairs” Yuki replied in his common satirical way.

“Mel have you seen this person” he pushed the container forward quickly.

“Last I’ve seen him he was talking to Magnus and Fang” She replied eating a peice of bread.

“That fool!” He quickly grabbed sora and went up the stairs he went back down a bit “Thanks Mel!” he ran back up the two approached Magnus’s room with caution “Damn it Magnus why you gotta be so scary…”

“What was that?” Alika and Sora held each other in fear and let out a slight scream as they saw Magnus behind them “Don’t yell you’ll wake up Miyo” He said wiping his ear with a towel.

“Uh Magnus have you seen Chad recently?” Sora asked slightly shaken.
“No I haven’t but Ace has been missing since yesterday I was just about to ask around as well” He went into his room and picked up the now awaken baby Miyo.

“Interesting who would steal our friends well I guess if we find Chad we’ll find Ace!” Sora said as the four made their way to Fang’s unit.

“Hey man!” Alika knocked on the door violently before taking out his sword and hacked away at the door, he looked thru the crack to find that even fang was missing “Interesting…”

“What do we do now?” Magnus asked slowly rocking Miyo to sleep.

“I think I have the pattern down but I’ll have to check” Alika replied as he led the four to Lavarus who was still in his ‘coma mode’ as Alika would call it as he could never wake up Lavarus when he was like this.

“This thing is taking people who commonly live in the Inn” He turned around to see Sora holding Miyo.

“So if that’s the case what is it?” Sora asked as Miyo yawned

“It’s a Entity a creature made from sour emotions and malice it’s most likely living in a cavern or basement under the Inn” Alika went inside as he knocked on the ground from floorboard to floorboard until he found a trap door partly hidden under the couch.

He pulled it open to find a dusty and seemingly abandoned stairway “This seems to be it *Cough cough* Sora if I don’t make it by nightfall run as far as your legs can carry” Alika created a small ball of lightning that lit the way.

He continued down until he found what looked like a area filled with abandoned building units along with wandering souls ‘this is trippy’ he thought as he felt a large evil energy coming from further downstairs.

He walked down to find a large coffin his friends were definitely trapped inside but with what? he calmed himself as he channeled his inner electricity “Alright let’s do this!” he charged into the lid breaking it open.

Inside was a large stone colossus it was seemingly radiating hatred and loathing that felt like it was as old as time itself “Bring it” Alika said as the creature slammed its fist on him.

The creature was surprised as Alika’s shield was strong enough to hold the large fist at bay with a quick slight of hand tangled the creature's arm in strings of pure energy “This is for my friends” he said as a drop of blood traveled down his face.

He broke the shield so that he could jump back and pull the creature's arm apart into boulders with his strings but the creature pulled back causing Alika to slam into the cavern wall.

Alika slightly recovered his breath before stabbing his sword in the back of the monsters leg he then continues to climb up and on to the head where he sent his sword right into the back of the creature's neck.

It spat black liquid as it struggled to reach Alika who drove his sword deeper the creature gave up as it dropped to the ground and melted into black bile, Alika fell over in exhaust as his friends rose from the bile unscaved the last words he heard were felt as if he was receiving a psychic message ‘the powers of light and dark have been freed’

He looked towards his group of friends who were now blurry “Don’t worry I did this for a living” he then blacked out.
